As a Director of Operations at Raydon Academy, with over 12 years of teaching experience in different reputed organisations and an MBA in Human Resource Management, I bring both academic expertise and strong leadership to the Academy. My journey as a teacher has taught me how to connect with students, understand their challenges, and design solutions that make learning easier. Now, in my role as Director of Operations, I focus on building effective teaching systems, supporting teachers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day management. I believe every student deserves quality education that is accessible, stress-free, and tailored to their growth. My role is to make sure our teachers have the tools, support, and motivation they need - so together we can deliver the best possible learning experience.
